Work Experience

Work experience that spans both India and UAE. Always focused on technology, my work experience covers development, marketing and entrepreneurship. From working with small organization to multi-national enterprises, I have experience working as part of and leading teams of various sizes and people.

Web3 is still nascent along with all the underlying technologies that power it. I have been an early adopter of Crypto, when I did BitCoin mining back in 2010. Since then more crypto curriencies have surfaced with lots of capabilities and functionality. Primarily experience is in Solidity and the Ethereum, and L2, blockchains. Also worked in Rust for Solana. dApp integrations primarily in JavaScript frameworks working with Web3.js and Ethers.js along with the APIs and nodes of Alchemy, Infura, and other providers. Working with frameworks like Hardhat, truffle and ganache. Testing with mocha and chai.

Working with various UAE government organisations for their Web3 projects.

About Mikaniki

Founded in the UAE and geared specially towards the busy lifestyles of professionals living in it. Mikaniki offers a large variety of Auto-Servicing needs, all of which are offered door-to-door. Mikaniki is the only Auto-Service provider who gives customers the an option of workshop or agency repair and provides customized advice based on the vehicle make, model, and age.

Successfully raised funds from private VC Firms and run successfully with a dedicated repeat customer base and workshop partners from Dubai and Sharjah.

Previously called D2D Auto Services (a.k.a. Door to Door Auto Services)

 

My Role

• Developed the company’s new mobile and digital strategy
• Developed the first version of the mobile app and web platform
• Lead the development team for the mobile app and web platforms
• Developed marketing strategies for acquiring new clients; including rebranding the company from D2D to Mikaniki
• Strategy, partnership management and fund raising

About Sport360

Founded in 2010, Sport360 is the leading sports information and news provider in the Middle East.

My Role

• Managing the existing mobile apps
• Developing new digital verticals which includes managing all staging leading up to launch. Including: Ideation, UI & UX, Development and Launch
• Lead the UI, UX, and development team for the mobile app and mobile web platforms
• Implementing new technologies and latest development trends

About ONE – Social Network

ONE was a social networking platform that helps unify all your social media accounts onto ONE platform. In its beta version, ONE would help you instantly connect with your friends, colleagues and customers by sharing just ONE link populated with all your social media details.

Project was successfully funded in the seed round from private investors to facilitate further development and marketing.

 

My Role

• Developing the UX for the web and mobile apps
• Initial Development of Web and Mobile App
• Managing the development team for further development
• Handling all app launches and version updates

About The Basement Project

The Basement Project was created in order to give pioneers a platform which they could launch ideas from. Building, growing and molding ideas generated by the brilliant minds in the community around me. Services included idea consultancy, UI/UX development, product development, project management, marketing consultancy and execution, business consultancy, marketing

My Role

• Launching new product/software ideas
• Performed activities related to business development, consultations and client management
• Ensuring synergy between online and offline platforms
• Web and Mobile Application development through new and innovative development concepts utilising latest technologies
• Lead developer for website and mobile application development
• Conceptualizing strategy for website layouts and mobile application concepts. This included UX design and strategy while also managing the UI process and final designs
• Managed the development processes and teams for large projects

About Alpha Plus

Alpha Plus L.L.C. was incorporated in 1993 and has been serving the Architectural Façade industry since its inception. The company is formed with a team of highly qualified engineers with experience in Façade industry for many decades.

 

My Role

• Purchasing, supplier and partnership management
• Leading digitisation & modernisation via the implementation of a security & automation infrastructure.
• Revamped the Marketing Strategy for both digital and offline marketing
• Managed the entire company rebranding using both internal and external resources
• Implemented the digital presence which includes the website and presence on various social networks
• Implementing new IT system to increase efficiency and Implemented a reduced paper environment
• Heading the R&D of new products, new product testing and manufacturing methods
• Developed and managed various Company Websites, which increased online enquiry by 80%
• Managed office IT Infrastructure systems which increased company efficiency by 60%
• Managed and updated the global network remotely covering 3 countries

Based on the performance at the IDS Challenge, this role was awarded. I was integrated in the IDS Department. The main activities of the IDS Department were to manage the Technology infrastructure in place in order to carry out key business operations and business tracking.
